Jaap founded Amstelbay in 2020, after 25 years in IT change.
We talk with boards and managers about what they want to change and improve: process innovation, system renewal, digitalisation. And we help them stay in control of such a programme, even when it is not their first interest.
For the work itself we form teams of independent professionals who have done it before. People we know, in a line-up that fits your programme.
