Amstelbay is a trade name of Lookahead BV, registered in Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce 34160666. Lookahead BV is responsible for the details you send through this site.

When you send a question or let us know you are available, we keep the details you fill in. We only use them to contact you about your question or about suitable assignments.

If you respond to an assignment, we keep what you send: your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, your message and your CV. We use them to see whether you fit that assignment, and to approach you when another assignment fits later. We do this with your consent, which you give when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

We never send your CV to a client without you knowing.

We keep your details and your CV for two years after our last contact with you. Then we delete them.

If you speak instead of typing, your own browser turns your voice into text. Some browsers do that through a service of the browser's maker. We only receive the text you send, never your voice.

We do not share your details with others without your consent.

Want to know what we keep about you, want something corrected, or want it deleted sooner? Email jaap@amstelbay.net and we will take care of it.

We use no advertising cookies and no cookies that follow you.
